Monday Book Giveaway! (April 14)

By katrinastonoff

Another week, another two winners! This week’s winners are <insert drum roll> Ginnie and Michelle! Michelle has chosen Road Map to Holland: How I Found My Way Through My Son’s First Two Years with Down Syndrome, by Jennifer Graf Groneberg. Ginnie may choose between that and Triangle by Katharine Weber. Send me your shipping information (and Ginnie, your choice of books), and I’ll get your books in the mail!

For this week, once again: your choice. Any book.* Yes, really, any* book! Name your choice below by noon Sunday (Pacific Time), and I’ll choose a winner from one of my hats. Easy as that! Contest open to anyone on the planet within reach of reliable mail service. What book is calling your name?

*Well, any book readily available for $25 or less, not counting shipping.

Here’s the hat Mars picked the winners from. This one’s labeled “doeskin felt” and “100 percent wool,” so you decide what it’s made of. I call it my “Sunday Go-to-Meeting Hat,” and I’ve worn it many, many times. I don’t think you can call it retro because it’s Vintage 1980-something. I can’t read the label. I bought it from a little boutique in Tucson, and it’s fairly upscale, but nothing like the couture hat I posted last week.
